1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We are working to expand to selected European and international destinations — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when new countries are added.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed by our suppliers within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: 3–7 business days
  • EU & International (when available): 7–14 business days

Please note: delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Costs

  • UK: Free standard shipping on all orders
  • International (when available): Calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) to monitor its progress.

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details.
